Steve Jobs said Apple is going to offer iphone users free bumpers as a fix for the “antenna reception problems.” I have yet to experience the issue personally, but yesterday I got a no sim card installed error with my iphone 4. It was very strange, i had just sent a text message out and then a few minutes later I see the error on the top left corner of the phone. I “fixed” it by just powering the phone off/on a few times, i think the last time while tilting the phone with the sim card slot facing down. GG. Well played Apple, well played.
Apple sold more than 1.5 Million iphone 4′s in the first day of its release. The original iphone which i still have, took over 70 days to reach 1million units sold. I was lucky to get an iphone 4 and simply put – it Pwns! The iphone 4′s reception and ”antenna issue” is an overblown myth in my opinion. I have yet to experience any of these so called issues.
